We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Rhea Greenwood as our new Youth Commissioner for Blackburn.
Rhea discovered Scouting at the age of 10 joining Cherry Tree Scouts. Since then she has moved through the sections, completing her Young Leader training and recently being appointed as an adult leader.
Rhea loves the adventure of Scouts and is extremely passionate about Youth Shaped Scouting. She is excited to join the District team and will be working on a number of projects to grow and develop scouting.
