Blackburn Scouting has had a tremendous year of growth in 2018. Our existing Groups have continued to provide a fantastic range of activities for young people and this has been supplemented by opening 7 additional sections opening to meet the demand.
In the last year, we have had a 44% growth in the number of young people Scouting within the town. A huge increase in young people devloping #skillsforlife.
Beavers Scouts have increased by 30%
Cub Scouts have increased by 44%
Scouts have increased by 84%
and Explorer Scouts by 11%
